C.A.P.E.L (Centre d’Animation Pédagogique et de Loisirs) needed a label to specify the events they organize.This coordination label for childhood, integrated into the logo of the City of Luxembourg, takes the form of the "i's", the city's slogan, to create mascots: the Flabbys.These characters can be used to illustrate the various events organized by CAPEL.
